What is your price range for portraits?

- Our portraits range depending on what you want like the number of subjects, the size, and the media. To give you an idea of our range of prices we start at $50.00 to $435.00

What type of equiment you use for printing?

- We only use the finest printers with Epson UltraChrome® HDR™ and HP Vivera Pigment inks which posses widest color gamut ever. With our digital photo and fine art papers and canvas, we are ready to make your artwork a great piece of art for your home, place of business, gallery or museum.

Do you offer stretching of my printed portrait?

- Yes, you have the option to order your artwork stretched over artist stretch bars and stapled to the back of the frame. We offer gallery stretch (0.75") and museum stretch (1.25"). The artwork/print is wrapped around the sides of the frame so there’s a continuation of the image around the edge of the frame. This finish offers a modern and fresh take on the classic canvas portrait and is available is 2 depths: Museum wrap (0.75 inches) and Gallery wrap (1.25 inches).

What credit cards and payment types are accepted?

- All major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You may also use paypal to checkout.

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?

- During the checkout process you are be able to use the giftcard number to deduct the amount of your gift certificate from your order total. Make yourself familiar with our Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions.

What image file format should my photographs be?

- We accept most digital image files including .jpeg or .tiff or .eps or .psd formats.

What kind of images work best?

- The images should be high-resolution. 180 dpi (dots per inch) is a good minimum. If you are not familiar with your image dpi, you can check the file size by right-clicking on your image, then, click on properties, where the size will be displayed. Images that are 2 meg or higher are great.

How big of a file can I send and how do I send it ?

- If your photo is up to 2 MB, then send us the image by email as attachment. If your image is larger than 2 MB use the upload feature from our website.

Who will paint my photo?

- Your artwork will be painted by any of our top professionals in the USA or Philippines. Be assured that all artwork are 100% digitally handmade with leading edge technology solutions including wacom tablets and digital pen and brushes.

Will I be able to make changes to my order after I submit my photo?

- Our guarantee is for you to be totally satisfied with your order, and we understand that you want to see your order before it gets printed. To help make this happen, we provide you with 2 to 3 complimentary proofs for each and every artwork that you order.

When will my credit card be charged?

- Payment is due, in full, at the time you place your order. For security purposes, Pop Art My Photo will authorize your credit card at the time the order is placed, but your card will not be charged until your first proof has been approved. Please note that, must banks may reflect this authorization as a hold on your funds.

I have my own artwork already done by other artists, can Pop Art My Photo print it?

- Yes! As long as you hold ownership of the artwork or have written permission to use it, yes we can print it. However, we prefer to take a look at your art files before we can answer that question confidently.

When will my order ship?

- From start to finish we can finish artworks between 5 to 20 days. Again, keep in mind that style, size, number of subjects and complexity has a lot to do with how long an srtst will take to finish your artwork. Once you have approved your final proof, your assigned artist will make final touchups and schedule for printing, where you will have a final chance to provide feedback. Depending on complexity, number of subjects, style and size your order will be ready for shipment between 3 to 7 days. You will receive notification via email regarding your estimated ship date, or the date your order is scheduled to leave our studio.

How do you protect my information when ordering?

- Good question! When you place an order at Popartmyphoto.com, the sensitive data you transmit is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This technology creates a secure connection between you and our server; as a result, your information will not be captured by those who may wish to spy on you. Furthermore, Popartmyphoto.com uses our own 256-bit SSL Certificate provided to us by Verisign. This is important to note, because some companies use a "shared SSL certificate" which is shared by other users, and hosted on a different server. When you make a purchase with us, you will notice that the URL always begins with our domain name; you never leave our site.

What kind of image or photo can I have you work on

- Portrait photographs, favorite snapshots of people, pets, places, old photographs, graphics, you name it. In fact, we can combine photos, include the background of your choice and remove any unwanted elements.
