We inspect your image carefully before we start anything. We make sure we make it to fit into your desired space or the taste and personality of the person you are giving it too! All our artworks are hand-drawn and painted digitally with leading edge technology workstations and paint/drawing software. We do not take any short cuts, the average 1 subject artwork can take a total of 10 working days. We only use the finest printer with Epson UltraChrome® HDR™ and HP Vivera Pigment inks which posses widest color gamut ever and 100% cotton and acid free canvas available.
The 3 Step Process |
Upon placement of your order, a work job order is created where we will ask you a range of questions so we can assess the type of work that is needed, what colors and image features need to be emphasised or corrected as well as offer you suggested media and framing options for your artwork. We will ask you to upload or email or mail us your photograph or digital file so we can assess the quality of your photo with the style of art you want.
Once your photo has been approved for rendition, we will begin production and create your artwork just the way you want it. This final step will take anywhere between 5 to 15 days depending on complexity. We will print your art and ship it to you or you can pick up at our studio. We keep files active for 30 days and archived if requested. Certificate of Authenticity are available on request at no charge.
We will assign an artist that will produce a digital proof with the requirements discussed or assigned in the work job order and presented to you for revisions, comments and/or approval. This step will take anywhere between 5 to 15 days depending on complexity. We offer you two "free" proofs (initial proof and then before final print).
Tips: To achieve optimal results in this process we will need a color or black & white photograph or a direct digital capture/file of your image. the photos they produce — so if you want us to have an artwork made from your professional wedding photo or graduation portrait, you must obtain permission from the photographer first. You can always have canvas prints made from photos you took yourself; the copyright by default belongs to you. See our Photo/image Release/Use form
When you receive your art, you can enjoy the beauty of the transformation of your portrait, from that photographic memory to a real canvas artwork!
