Policy Regarding Copyrighted Works:
Customers are both responsible and liable for the images they upload. One must have the appropriate permission or the copyright to
request a printed artwork from the photo they upload or email or mail. The copyright owner of a photograph (usually the person who
took the photograph) or an image file (usually the person who created the image) is typically the only person that can make a "derivative
work", such as an print on canvas based on that photograph or digital file. Use this form to release your images to us for digital work.

Prohibited Photos/digital Images:
Although we are unable to control all of the images that our customers upload to the website we can and will refuse to print an artwork
from any photo or digital file that might harm or offend individuals of other religions, races, etc. Again, customers are both responsible
and liable for the images they give us.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to change, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions of use, in whole or in part, at any time.
Changes in the terms and conditions of use will be effective when posted. You agree to review these terms and conditions of use
periodically to make yourself aware of any changes. Your continued use of this website after any changes to these terms and
conditions of use are considered acceptance of those changes.

Privacy Policy:
We will keep all the information that our customers provide about themselves, and will not share it with any third party (except to the
extent needed to complete the order). We will only keep the customer's name, address and email. We do not keep your credit-card
information.

Payment Terms:
50% when placing an order and balance due at artwork/project completion.

Cancellation Policy:
When you order a design style (Pop Art, Traditional, Print to Canvas or Fine art) your artwork is printed and shipped only after you have
approved the final image which has been created by our artists.

i. We are so confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our products, that we offer you the following

ii. For all our artworks, customers will be able to review a scanned preview of the artwork online and request

modifications if

necessary. We only ship the artwork to you when you are completely satisfied and approve the artwork.

Payment is processed

upon creation of the artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with the preview of your artwork,

you may cancel the order. An

store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchasing price, which can be

redeemed at any time and used towards

anything we offer on our website.

iii. We rely solely on the customer to pay close attention to the personalizing and ordering process. We offer the

preview

process in order to eliminate any errors from slipping through. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to

proofread and

correct any errors within their personalized art prior to completing the order. Although we are not

responsible for these types of

customer generated errors, we are more than willing to work with you to resolve any

problem that you may have. Please contact

us if you receive any product you are not satisfied with and we will be glad to

help.

If you would like to return a product for any reason, you may notify us within

for the full

amount of the purchasing price in the form of store credit.

Creating a special

proof by hand using digital pens and tablets takes days due to our high standards and

attention to detail. We

do not print any order unless you are completely satisfied with the image and approve it for printing. If you

request an additional style

image proof, an additional design fee might be charged.
